Q. Todd Dickinson
Todd Dickinson, a Senior Partner with Polsinelli, is a former Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Todd has also been Chief IP Counsel for two Fortune 50 companies, with management responsibility for all IP, including management of extensive patent and trademark portfolios. Todd has also served as the Executive Director of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), where he played a key role in the drafting and passage of the America Invents Act and the subsequent PTO rules. Todd has been recognized by IAM Magazine as one of the World’s Leading IP Strategists (2016) and was inducted into the IP Hall of Fame in 2012. He has been recognized as one of the 50 Most Influential People in IP by Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) numerous times.
